Politique de remboursement

Scope of Application:

  • This policy applies to all products purchased through the DawningFire official website, excluding electric bicycles.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product, and the item must remain unused, in its original packaging, and in good condition (special items such as knives may be subject to different rules).


Refund Process:

  1. Submit a Request:
    Contact our customer service via email (support@dawningfire.com) or through the website portal. Please include your order number, product photos, and a description of the issue.

  2. Review & Approval:
    We will review and respond within 5 business days. If approved, you will be instructed to return the item (return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a product quality issue).

  3. Refund Method:
    Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (credit card refunds will be credited back to the original card) and may take 7–15 business days to complete.


Exceptions:

  • Customized products, used items, or returns not related to product quality issues may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Delays caused by sea or air freight are not covered under the refund policy, but we will assist in tracking the shipment if needed.
