Shipping Policy

Shipping Regions & Delivery Time

  • Orders are shipped from warehouses located in Mainland China, Macau (China), or selected international locations, with global shipping available (some countries or regions may be restricted).

  • Shipping methods & estimated delivery times:

    • Air Freight: 5–15 business days (for Europe, North America, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia).

    • Sea Freight: 20–45 business days (for large items such as electric bicycles).

  • Actual delivery time may vary due to customs inspections, holidays, or unforeseen delays.


Shipping Fees & Customs Duties

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the product weight and destination, and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.

  • You can track your shipment on the official websites of our logistics partners (e.g., DHL, FedEx).


Delays & Lost Packages

  • If delivery exceeds the estimated time, please contact our customer support for assistance in tracking your shipment.

  • In case of confirmed lost packages, we will resend the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
