Frequently Asked
Questions
What does the 1-year warranty cover, and how do I claim it?
All DawningFire products include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural airframe integrity. If you experience any issues, simply contact our support team at support@dawningfire.com for prompt assistance.
When will my pre-order be shipped, and how can I track it?
Pre-orders are processed in batches according to our production schedule. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can track your package in real-time.
What inspires the design and window layout of the Air Fighter FX-22?
Inspired by modern stealth fighter jets, the FX-22 features sharp geometric angled cuts and bubble-canopy style mesh windows. The unique window architecture offers immersive 360° panoramic views and optimal airflow, making you feel as if you’re commanding a futuristic spacecraft in the wild.
How long does it take to inflate the Air Fighter FX-22?
Thanks to our high-rigidity tactical airframe, the Air Fighter FX22 inflates completely in just 5 to 7 minutes using an electric or manual pump. No complex poles required—just unpack, pump, and your mobile basecamp is ready.
How spacious is the interior, and can adults stand upright inside?
Yes! Designed with nearly vertical side walls and a golden height of 190 cm (6.4 ft), the FX-22 eliminates sloping constraints. It comfortably accommodates 2–4 campers with zero headroom wasted, offering a luxury mobile cabin experience where adults can walk fully upright.
Is it easy to transport and pack into a standard vehicle trunk?
Despite its massive setup volume, the FX-22 packs down to a compact 80 × 35 × 35 cm and weighs only 19 kg (21.4 kg including all accessories). It fits effortlessly into most standard sedan or SUV trunks, making high-end tactical camping truly portable.
Our warranty policy is 1 years for all products.
