Orders are shipped from warehouses located in Mainland China, Macau (China), or selected international locations, with global shipping available (some countries or regions may be restricted).

Air Freight: 5–15 business days (for Europe, North America, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia).

Sea Freight: 20–45 business days (for large items such as electric bicycles).

Shipping Fees & Customs Duties

Shipping fees are calculated based on the product weight and destination, and will be displayed at checkout.
